In 1992 the Managing Director Mr. Roland Klein found the company INNO-TECH together with 10 more staff members with profound knowledge of the trade and expert knowledge at different qualification and profession at the same time.
Together with Mr. Rijk Prins the dream of the INNO-TECH Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH came true. In a former concrete factory in the urban district “Pohlheim-Holzheim” they found the perfect area for their forward-looking thoughts. The constant growth of the company required several extensions and building alterations, which could be easily realised on this grand scaled plant.
In March 1993, only a few months after the company’s foundation, 5 complete machineries were produced, sold and successfully installed. 
In summer 1993, the company supplemented the product range with the second machine type: INNO-TECH 2500. This machine was particularly dimensioned for small bags at high pulse capacity. One of the first machines of this type were delivered to a producer of sweets in Great Britain, where it is still in operation with up to 100 bags per minute.
With the modular body concept of the machinery, with the innovative cross jaw-drive and not least with the micro-processor-control, the INNO-TECH bagmakers have soon taken up their station within the market. Until today, the controller-friendly use together with minimised maintenance cost, besides extreme flexibility, are the main strengths of our products.
The quick success within the market also led to a rapid personnel expansion. In autumn 1993, a special competent department for building own forming shoulders was arranged. With this establishment, the production of this very elementary and sensitive part of the bagmaker machine-building stayed indoors.
Simultaneously this has been the entrance into the trade of refill bags in the washing powder industry. With delivering separate forming sets to the company UNILEVER, one took notice of the company INNO-TECH. Once again, price and flexibility were the effective arguments, which led to the continuous complete service on all the machinery of this type within the UNILEVER-group.
In the following years, the company INNO-TECH always met the up-to-date requirements of the market, e.g. also using the new possibilities of micro-electronics. Especially with the modular body concept of the machinery (REVO-series), with an innovative cross-jaw-drive and not least by using Industrial-PCs with touch-screen, the company INNO-TECH established a remarkable market position – world-wide.
Today the REVO-family represents the modern state-of-the-art. It constitutes, as its name implies, a little revolution of our machine-building. The REVO-series is the consequential future trend of our present model types. All advantages of each single machine type, if working intermittent or continuously, can be outlined in one model range:

This range will be completed by a horizontal sealing machine HVML, where block bottom bags with different top releases can be made.
