The
user and his products are the center of INNO-TECH's attention within all technical
innovation.
In order to be able to react to our customer's requirements as flexibly, favorably
and, most of all, quickly as possible we designed the REVO series
based on our successful series 2500/3800/6000.
The objective of the development was maximum flexibility according to the
variety of possible bag types. Related to different bag shapes, the permanently
changing requirements of marketing require a concept of tube bag machines
which allow the production of a variety of bag shapes and sizes with very
little setup times.
In addition to flexibility, of course, the developers also had to adhere to
the specification of a very user-friendly control system technology.
In 2000, we therefore started employing the industrial PC control
system (B&R) which has been carefully furtherly developed since
then. At the same time, alternatively the REVO models are available with a
SIEMENS SPS control system (S7), if requested (series with REVO E models).
An essential characteristic of all INNO-TECH tube bag machines is the enormously
high jaw pressure when welding. The targeted reduction of the moving
masses has enabled to set new standards when it comes to performance capacity.
Innovative welding and sealing tools – also with ultrasound, on request
– enable the processing of various foils.
In addition to the intermittently operating REVO and REVO E machines we offer
continuously operating REVO S models. These are predestined for the application
within the heavy-duty performance, which, however, can be optionally
operated intermittently. This is useful if it requires to manufacture
high-quality flat-bottom bags with sealed edges in addition to quickly running
packaging.
Adapting the housing heights, combinations with different dosing devices,
labeling and printing systems, ZIP applicators, etc. are possible with all
REVO types.
